Brennan Spurrier joined NAI Nashville Stanton Group in 2022 as a Real Estate Advisor, relocating to the Middle Tennessee market. Since that time, he has expanded his expertise across multiple asset classes, with a focus on industrial transactions, as well as office, retail, and investment sales, in addition to both tenant and landlord representation. As part of the firm’s industrial team, Spurrier has continued to build his focus on industrial properties while leveraging his broad experience to advise clients on a wide range of real estate strategies.

Prior to joining NAI Nashville, Spurrier began his commercial real estate career at NAI Latter & Blum in Baton Rouge, where he was part of a team specializing in self-storage properties. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and member of the Middle Tennessee CCIM chapter. Spurrier has also been recognized as a Tenant Base Emerging Broker and one of NAI’s Rising Leaders, underscoring his commitment to professional growth and industry excellence.
