Vanessa Padilla

Background & Experience

Vanessa joined The Stanton Group, Inc. (SGI) in October 2018 after moving to Tennessee from Kapolei, Hawaii and serves as Property Administrator. She is responsible for maintenance issues and projects at each of the properties as well as managing insurance certificates for all of SGIs tenants, buildings and vendors.

Vanessa brings with her over 6 years of experience in management, and while her most recent experience was in residential property management, she is very eager and excited to learn about the Nashville area and the commercial property management field.
