Danielle Dickinson brings more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential real estate, spanning retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets, to the team at NAI Nashville Stanton Group. Throughout her career, she has built a strong foundation in property operations, tenant service, and financial oversight. Known for her adaptability and problem-solving skills, Danielle consistently delivers reliable results in fast-moving environments.
Before joining NAI Nashville Stanton Group, Danielle most recently served as a Commercial Property Manager with NAI San Diego, where she oversaw 23 retail, office, and industrial properties comprising 136 units. In this role, she developed and managed operating and capital budgets, coordinated CAM reconciliations, ensured compliance with lease terms, and led tenant improvement projects from planning through completion. Earlier in her career, she managed a 450,000-square-foot mixed-use portfolio with Trilogy Real Estate Management and held property management and leasing roles with Park Place Asset Management, where she earned the company’s Employee Excellence Award.
In her role as Property Manager, Danielle manages a portfolio of commercial assets, with responsibility for financial performance, capital initiatives, tenant engagement, and vendor coordination. She works closely with ownership and internal teams to execute business plans, guide construction activity, and maintain high operating standards across her properties. Danielle is known for her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term planning, helping position each asset for sustained performance and value growth.
