Ashley Torres is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience managing office, retail, and industrial assets throughout Middle Tennessee. Over the course of her career, she has developed expertise in property operations, financial planning, capital improvements, and portfolio oversight. Known for her steady leadership style and strong analytical approach, Ashley consistently enhances asset performance while building trusted relationships with owners, tenants, and vendor partners.
Before joining NAI Nashville Stanton Group, Ashley served as Director of Commercial Property Management at the Horrell Company, where she led operational strategy, maintenance programs, budgeting, and vendor management across a diverse commercial portfolio. She previously held senior property management positions with Boyle Investment Company and Hall Emery Real Estate, overseeing large office and retail properties, guiding tenant improvement work, managing financial reporting, and implementing systems that improved efficiency and tenant service. Her earlier experience with Cushman & Wakefield provided a strong foundation in inspections, budgeting, and day-to-day operations for a 400,000-square-foot portfolio.
In her current role as Senior Property Manager at NAI Nashville Stanton Group, Ashley is responsible for key assets, overseeing budgeting, capital planning, tenant relations, vendor oversight, and construction coordination. She focuses on strategic priorities, operational improvements, tenant experience, and team development, and continues to strengthen asset value through informed decision-making and proactive management.
Ashley holds a Tennessee real estate license. Outside the office, she enjoys watching her kid’s athletic events, hiking, traveling, and cheering on soccer, especially supporting NSC.
