John Melville to Serve as Vice President, Director of Property Management at NAI Nashville Stanton Group

In this role, he will oversee the property management team, provide strategic oversight for the department, and lead business development efforts.

John brings fifteen years of experience in real estate, property management, project management, and business development. He has successfully managed capital improvement projects, overseen property and facility operations, and built lasting client relationships through a service-oriented approach. His professional experience spans lease administration and construction management to facility management and property management.
 
Known for his ability to balance operational excellence with strong client service, he has developed a reputation for building long-term relationships while delivering value for property owners and tenants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from SUNY Oswego and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
