NAI Nashville Stanton Group Represents 5,170 Square Foot Lease of Restaurant Space in The Shops at Seven Springs on Behalf of HoneyFire Barbeque Co.

NASHVILLE, TN – 25 JULY 2025 – NAI Nashville Stanton Group, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that it represented HoneyFire Barbeque Co. in the lease of a 5,170 square foot restaurant space from Highwoods Properties, Inc.

HoneyFire Barbeque Co. opened its first location in 2018 at One Bellevue Place, followed by a second in Assembly Food Hall in downtown Nashville. The family-owned restaurant is known for its modern approach to Southern barbeque. The Brentwood location is targeting a November 2025 opening.

The new HoneyFire location will be in The Shops at Seven Springs, a mixed-use campus with over 40,000 square feet of retail space, located at 710 Old Hickory Boulevard in Brentwood, Tennessee. Formerly home to Corner Pub, Suite 305 offers high visibility along Old Hickory Boulevard and strong tenant synergy within the development.
