NAI Nashville Stanton Group Represents $1.44 Acquisition of 138 Shivel Drive in Hendersonville on Behalf of Hampton Restoration Group

NASHVILLE, TN – JULY 24, 2026 – NAI Nashville Stanton Group announced today that it represented Hampton Restoration Group in the acquisition of a newly constructed flex building at 138 Shivel Drive in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The $1.44 million purchase marks the company’s expansion into the Middle Tennessee market.
