Background & Experience

Evie joined The Stanton Group, Inc. as a part-time accounting clerk in 2017 and became a full-time employee in 2018. In mid-2019, Evie was promoted to Bookkeeper and is now responsible for 14 properties, including commercial owner associations, office buildings and retail centers.

In her responsibilities as Bookkeeper, she collects rent from tenants, tracks delinquencies, sends out reminders and late notices, and makes collection calls. Evie also enters payments and charges into the general ledger, reviews cash flow and online bank accounts, and prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. She also prepares year-end reports for income tax preparation, year-end pass through calculations, and CAM invoices, provides information for annual property tax appeals, and assists in the development of the annual and long-range operating budgets for her properties.
